The Crate Escape LLC proudly services the following towns: Andover, Dracut, Haverhill, Lawrence, Lowell, Methuen, North Andover, Tewksbury, MA; and Pelham, Salem, and Windham, NH.

For new clients, an initial consultation is required before we can schedule any of our services. This is a complementary in-home meet and greet to get to know and address the needs of your pets. We will also go over our contract and answer any questions you may have.

Established clients can schedule appointments, update pet information, and pay invoices online through our Existing Client Login. New clients will be given account access during the meet and greet.
