About the Owner

My name is Ali George. I've been a huge animal lover my whole life. After many years of pet sitting for friends and relatives, I decided to take it to the next level and started the Crate Escape in 2013. The Crate Escape was born from the belief that animals aren't so happy spending their time alone in crates when their family members are gone. Our mission is to help your beloved pets "escape the crate" by providing them with lots of love, exercise, play time, and TLC!

After graduating from The Derryfield School in 2010, I took courses in Applied Animal Science at the University of New Hampshire, specializing in Small Animal Care. I started serving as a dog walker and shelter volunteer at the MSPCA, and I graduated from All Dogs Academy School for Professional Groomers in 2012. I am certified in Pet First Aid and CPR through Pet Tech, I have earned the Certified Professional Pet Sitter designation from Pet Sitters International, and have extensive experience caring for many different types of pets.

Working with pets has brought me great joy. I love experiencing this amazing human-animal bond and am grateful knowing that I get to spend each and every day doing what I love most!
